A unique and super fun way to celebrate with our Aerial Silks parties and functions

What's all about ?

Parties run for 1 hour and include fun, fitness based activities using the Aerial Silks

1- Group photo

2- Fun circuit warm up: 10 Mins - break the ice and get moving before we take to the AIR

3- Aerial Silk Fun: 50 mins - learn to climb, swing, spin and slide in a safe and fun way
 

At the end you get an Aerial Silks Certificate

Parties are a flat rate of $195 for 1 hour 
We can host up to 12 people 
Bookings are available on Saturdays:
11:30am, 1pm or 2:30pm
(subject to availability)

OUR FLYING INSTRUCTORS

Rochelle performed as a dancer and Aerialist internationally for over 20 years,
as well as director of Brophy aerials school and Production Company situated in Dunedin.
Teaching and performing in aerials is my passion. I believe we all need some upside down fun in our lives and I believe exercise needs to be fun.
I love the fact that people are in my class for their own personal reasons and I enjoy the challenge of working with each and every client to help them reach their goals. Each person that enters my class is important to me.

Rochelle Brophy

Our instructors have extensive backgrounds in aerials, dance, flexibility and fitness, as well as being qualified in their disciplines, they also hold first aid certificates. We understand the importance of Health and Safety when running our Aerial Silks Parties. All our equipment is regularly tested and our exercises are carefully chosen by our experienced instructors.
