Our minimum number of participants is 10
Programme includes:
1- Initial health and fitness consultation and goal setting.
This thorough assessment includes, medical history, health screening, blood
pressure, postural muscle analysis and current fitness level.
2- Group Fitness 18 sessions (3 x per week)
3- Nutrition guidelines
4- Post health review
5- Exercise adherance and attendance reports to employers
6- Use of the gym facilities for all bootcamp attendees free of charge for the
duration of the 6 weeks bootcamp
