Run by Physiotherapist Cindy Bradburn, our classes are specially designed to help you stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy while maintaining some tone and abdominal/pelvic floor strength.

It is important to know which exercises are safe for both you and bubs and to be aware of what movements can potentially do more harm than good.

​Regular physical activity during pregnancy improves or maintains physical fitness, helps with weight management, reduces the risk of gestational diabetes, and enhances psychological well-being.

Even if you haven't been exercising before pregnancy it's not too late to start, we modify everything to your level.  It's also a great place to meet other 'mums to be' going through the same stages.

  • Class every Monday at 1pm

  • $ 180 for 10 sessions card
